To enter, all you need to do is purchase 4 x 30L Strawberry & Lime kegs to qualify for one entry into the promotion. The good news! You can enter as many times as you like between 1st March and 31st May 2024. You must already be an on trade customer stocking Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime on draught or request an installation, becoming an on trade stockist of Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime on draught.

Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Cider of Sweden Ltd t/a Kopparberg UK, 1 Aire Street, Leeds, LS1 4PR.

  1. Promotion is open to new and existing on trade customers of the Promoter which are stocking Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime on draught (“Premise Customer/s”), acting through an employee with authority to make purchases, who must be 18 or over. Entries will only be valid from the point at which Kopparberg draught has been installed and pouring on premises and a “Qualifying Purchase” (4 x 30L keg Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider) has been made. Employees of the Promoter and employees of participating wholesalers along with their immediate family members are not permitted to participate.
  2. Purchase required.
  3. An active account at a participating wholesaler is required. See clause 29 for full list of participating wholesalers.
  4. Maximum 1 entry per qualifying purchase (1 entry = purchase of 4 x 30L keg Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider). Multiple entries are permissible during the Promotional Period for each instance where the entry criteria are met.
  5. Maximum of 1 prize per Premise Customer irrespective of number of entries.
  6. Promotional Period: 00:01 on 1st March 2024 until 23:59 on 31st May 2024. Only qualifying purchases made within this period will be counted towards the prize draw.
  7. To participate: During the Promotional Period an employee authorised to make purchases (“Authorised Employee”) of the Premise Customer must purchase 4 x 30L kegs of Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider from the same participating wholesaler. Each purchase of 4 x 30L keg is a Qualifying Purchase. All 4 x 30L kegs do not have to be purchased in the same transaction in order to qualify. When the Authorised Employee completes a Qualifying Purchase the Premise Customer will automatically be entered into the prize draw unless the Premise Customer has opted out. Each set of 4 x 30L kegs acts as 1 Qualifying Purchase, there is no limit on the number of Qualifying Purchases a Premise Customer can make during the Promotional Period.
  8. To opt out of participating in the prize draw: If a Premise Customer decides to NOT take part in the prize draw, the Authorised Employee must email kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk with ‘Kopparberg Venue Makeover - Opt Out’ in the subject line, such email to arrive before 31st May 2024.
  9. The payment of any tax that arises from participating in the prize draw or from accepting a prize is solely the responsibility of the Premise Customer.
  10. Main Prize: 1 x Premise Customer will win a venue makeover worth £10,000. The prize includes attendance of a design team at the Premise Customer’s venue, discussion of the desired aesthetic, assets, delivery and installation of any element of the makeover (non-structural). If installation is required, the winner will need to have approval in writing from any leaseholder or property owner before the Promoter’s team can install. Installation fees are included in the prize value. All elements of the prize must be completed by the 31st December 2024. The winning Premise Customer must list Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider on draught for 1 year from the makeover completion date.
  11. Runners Up Prizes: 5 x runners up Premise Customers will each receive a prize worth £1,000 comprising of Kopparberg POS and merchandise to be delivered and/or installed by a Kopparberg representative. These 5 x runners up will also have a Kopparberg representative organise and attend their venue for a sampling event (this event is in addition to the prize worth £1,000). Runners up prize winners must list Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Cider on draught for 1 year after delivery of POS and merchandise.
  12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  13. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period will be collated and submitted into a prize draw within 14 working days of the promotion end date (by 20th June 2024). Prize draw will be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent body. There will be 1 main prize winner, 5 runners up and 15 reserves chosen at random.
  14. Winner Notification: The main prize winner and the runners up prize winners will be notified using the contact details linked to the winning account. Contact will be made via email within 5 working days of date of the winner selection (by 27th June 2024). The main prize winner and the runners up prize winners must respond within 10 working days of the date of notification, confirming the details for a site visit by the Promoter’s representative to discuss the makeover (main prize) or agree the fulfilment or delivery date (runners up prizes). Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the relevant prize would then be awarded to a reserve selected as described above.
  15. Prize Delivery: The Promoter and the main prize winner will agree a date for a meeting at the Premise Customer, such meeting to be within 30 days of winner acceptance and any subsequent meetings will be discussed between the winner, the Promoter and the Promoter’s representative. The Promoter and the runners up prize winners will agree a date for delivery and/or install, such delivery and/or install to be within 30 days of winner acceptance. The sampling event to also be agreed and facilitated before the end of the calendar year 2024.
  16. Unclaimed Prize: If despite the best efforts of the Promoter, a prize remains unclaimed after offering to 2 reserves, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize and may withdraw it from the Promotion.
  17. Privacy: The details that the participating wholesalers provide to the Promoter to administer this Promotion will be held by the relevant wholesaler under the terms of their privacy policies. Participating wholesalers confirm that they are able to release the details of the Premise Customers to the Promoter in order to administer the prize draw and contact the winner, runners up and any reserves. The Promoter will hold the details supplied to it under the terms of its privacy policy, available here. Any personal data of an Authorised Employee will be used by the Promoter and the Promoter’s representative acting on their behalf only for the operation of this Promotion and for the delivery of prizes. Venue data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotional Period, after which it will be deleted. Venue data will not be used for marketing purposes and will only be disclosed to Promoter’s representative as mentioned in this clause. Premise Customers can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
  18. The name and county of the winning Premise Customers will be available by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk with “Kopparberg Venue Makeover Prize Winners” in the subject header. Such email should arrive between 1st September 2024 and 31st October 2024.
  19. Participants in this Promotion agree that neither the Promoters nor any of the Promotional Parties will have liability for: a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services; d. any damage to prizes sent to participants; e. any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by participants, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control; or f. any system failures on the email services.
  20. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
  21. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the main prize winner, runners up or reserve before awarding a prize and can refuse to award the prize or withdraw a prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion.
  23. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  24. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
  25. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
  26. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  27. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  28. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
